Shipping policy
All merchandise is shipped by chouchounette boutique via USPS, UPS and Canada Post shipping charges applies.
Please note all orders placed Monday-Friday before or by 2pm EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 2pm EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm EST on Fridays will begin processing on the following business day of Monday. With the contact information provided we will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. Based on carrier requirement we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Delivery times do not include weekends and or holidays. Shipping Promotions do not include international shipping.
Return and exchange policy
chouchounette boutique allows returns provided that return requests are made within (7) seven days from the date of order confirmation and that you follow the instructions below. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all original tags attached. chouchounette boutique reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that we determine does not meet these requirements. Sale items, sunglasses, lingerie, swimwear, home/gift items, fragrances, and pet products are not returnable and are final sale.
Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise to our location. Returns are subject to being credited back the way the item was purchased.
All exchanges are subject to availability of the item requested in the exchange and are subject to your payment of any cost difference for the item as well as any additional shipping, taxes and import duties. Gifts may be exchanged for an item of the same value or an item of greater value; provided you pay any cost difference as well as any additional shipping, taxes and import duties. Merchandise that is purchased at www.chouchounette.com cannot be returned to any of our locations
Return procedure
1. Contact us at returns@chouchounette.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please be aware that the issuance of a RA# does not guarantee that the merchandise will be accepted for return or that the charge for the merchandise will automatically be credited back to your credit card. You will be notified of acceptance once the merchandise has been returned and inspected by chouchounette boutique Order Dept.
2. Please print out the email containing the RA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return along with the returned merchandise.
3. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by chouchounette boutique within seven days of receipt of RA#.

chouchounette boutique recommends shipping returned merchandise via UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. chouchounette boutique does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that chouchounette boutique cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD). *Please note that RA# must be legibly written on the outside of the return package to ensure proper and timely handling of the return. Returned merchandise will not be processed nor will any refunds be made without a RA#.
4. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, chouchounette boutique will send you an email regarding the status of your return. We will process your return request within five business days following receipt of the package.
5. If your return request is approved, unless a gift certificate or exchange is requested, all refunds will be made in the method of original payment. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any, will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges and import duties are not refundable.
